Remove your RNS 310
Gently pry away the dashboard trim bezel surrounding the RNS 310 with a plastic trim removal tool. Once the trim is removed, undo the four Torx T20 screws securing each corner. Slide the unit forward out of the console. Wiring does not need to be unplugged.

Look for the printed sticker label on the top or side metal casing of the unit. The serial number is 14 characters long and always starts with VWZ (for example: VWZ6Z7N7302070 or VWZ1Z7G1234567). The number above the barcode is the part number.
